Fishing Report from TPWD (May 15)

FAIR. Water stained; 73 degrees; 8.28 feet above pool. Catfish are good using cut shad in the mouth of creeks. The Striped bass bite is improving with some limits being caught on live shad in 20-35 feet of water. Crappie continue to be fair on small jigs and minnows fished near deeper structure. White bass are fair moving out of the creeks in shallow waters. Largemouth bass continue to be fair along structures and docks. Report by Captain Cory Vinson, Guaranteed Guide Service.
