This gorgeous lot with mature trees is just a short walk to the marina. On the back side of the lot is Corp of Engineers land so nothing will be built back there. All amenities transfer including 36 rounds of golf per year and the use of all pools. This lot also comes with one week stay at the Heartwood Condos per calander year. That week can be transferred to other Double Diamond properties.
