Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 9)

FAIR. Water stained; 72 degrees; 11.68 feet high. Black bass are slow on chatter baits, top waters, crankbaits, wacky worms, and swim jigs. White bass are fair along the main lake channel, flats, and humps using jigging spoons and slabs. Stripers are fair with live bait along the main lake river channel edges in water depths 25-42 feet. Crappie are slow using minnows and jigs in timber, creek channels, and brush piles. Catfish are fair on chicken liver and cut bait.
