Uncle Gus Banquet halls are nestled in the trees in the park. Each air-conditioned hall is equipped, with pots and pans, dishes, stoves, refrigerators, tables and chairs. Banquet hall #1 has a beautiful view of the lake making it a perfect place for family reunions, parties and weddings. The halls are near the fishing dock and one of the pools and are within walking distance to cabin rentals and rv sites.

Lake Whitney Fishing Report from TPWD (Sep. 19)

Water stained; 85–89 degrees; 6.32’ low. Black bass are good on watermelon Rat–L–Traps, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Striped bass are fair on chartreuse striper jigs. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on shrimp and liver.
