    GOOD. Water lightly stained; 72 degrees; 2.06 feet low. Striped bass are good on live bait, and down rigged jigs from the Island to Bear Creek. Follow the bird actions to locate schooling fish. Report by Michael Acosta, Unfair Advantage Charters.
